Vanessa Valois

Vanessa is a passionate Performing Arts teacher and performer. Most recently, she played Deb in The Q’s The Locals production of Ordinary Days last year. She has also portrayed Roxie Hart (Chicago, Canberra Philharmonic, 2017), Fanny Brice (Funny Girl, SUPA, 2016), Cathy Hiatt (The Last Five Years, Dramatic Productions), Betty Schaefer (Sunset Boulevard, Queanbeyan City Council, 2014), Éponine (Les Misérables, Canberra Philharmonic, 2013), and Mimi Marquez (RENT, Everyman Theatre, 2012). 

Vanessa studies voice under the esteemed teacher, composer, and musician Matthew Webster. She is thrilled to be part of Sweet Charity and to share the stage with such an incredibly talented cast and creative team.
