Rina Onorato
Rina Onorato is a Canberra-based theatre practitioner with a passion for learning and developing her craft. She has previously worked with four local theatre companies (Tempo, Canberra Rep, The Q and Budding Theatre), and is thrilled to make her debut appearance with Free-Rain Theatre at ACT Hub.
Recent stage performances include Liz in Mother and Son (May, 2024), Mrs Bowman in Mr Bennet’s Bride, Joanna in Book of the Month, Dora and Doreen in Waiting in the Wings (for which she was nominated for a Canberra Area Theatre Award), Mary Aldin in Towards Zero, Ruth in Table Manners, Cath in Brexit
(presented at Short+Sweet, Sydney), servant and alehouse wench in She Stoops to
Conquer, and Felicity in Daylight Saving.
Rina regularly takes time out of her busy schedule to extend her actor training. In 2018, she completed a Certificate IV in Acting for Stage and Screen.
