Laura Evans

Laura started dance classes at the age of 4 at Legs Dance Studio and continued her training for 13 years. Laura has also completed vocal training under the guidance of Sarah Darnley-Stuart since the age of 14. 

Laura has had a passion for musical theatre from an early age, with her last appearance in Free-Rain’s My Fair Lady in 2022. She has also previously appeared in Priscilla Queen of the Desert (Free-Rain 2022), Kinky Boots (Free-Rain 2019), 42nd Street (Free-Rain 2018), Strictly Ballroom (Canberra Philharmonic Society 2017), and Les Miserables (Free-Rain 2017), Hairspray Jr as Penny (2017), The Living End as Flick (2016) and Legally Blonde Jr as Margot (2015).

Laura is super excited to be cast as one of “The Trio” in Free-Rain’s The Boy From Oz and hopes you all enjoy the show!
