Lachlan Elderton

Lachlan is a dedicated performer with a growing list of theatrical accomplishments. A two-time CAT Award winner, he earned Best Youth Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for his portrayal of Frank Abagnale Jr. in Catch Me If You Can. His recent role as Tony Elliot in Free Rain’s Billy Elliot highlights his versatility on stage.
Lachlan trained in musical theatre at Eden Dance Academy for two years and has since embraced a variety of roles, including Gomez in The Addams Family and Pablo Gonzalez in Free Rain’s A Streetcar Named Desire. He also performs as a featured solo vocalist at Saturday night cabarets at Templo Theatre.
A significant highlight of Lachlan’s career was performing as one of 43 featured artists in a cast of 5,000 in the 2022 Schools Spectacular at Qudos Bank Arena. After this achievement, he went on to perform in similar shows as a featured artist such as Pulse Alive held at Ken Rosewall arena and Southern Stars where he performed to a sold out WIN Entertainment Centre in Wollongong.
