Katie was most recently seen in Canberra Philharmonic Society’s Bring It On The Musical (2024) as ‘Bridget’, a role for which she won an Ovation Award and was nominated for a CAT Award. Prior to this, she performed as Knight of Ni/Ensemble in Monty Python’s SPAMALOT (Free-Rain Theatre Company, 2023).

Katie studied a Bachelor of Music (Music Theatre) at the Australian Institute of Music in Sydney (2013-16). She then worked professionally in her hometown of Cairns for four years as a principal vocalist and dancer at the Paramour Cabaret Theatre. While in Cairns, Katie developed a youth musical theatre program for the Cairns Junior Choral Society and was a QRL Cheerleader for the Northern Pride football team.

Earlier theatre credits include roles in The ProducersThe Pirates of PenzanceJoseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Oliver! (Cairns Choral Society), as well as Guys & Dolls and Grease (Saints Theatre Company).
