Joe Dinn

Joe is thrilled to be back with Free-Rain following his performance as TICK/Mitzi in Priscilla Queen of the Desert in 2022, a role he knew well after playing it in Europe for four years with Norwegian Cruise Line.

Recent Canberran audiences may remember him from his roles in QUEERS, Holding the Man, and Hay Fever, all acclaimed productions at the ACT HUB. He was also a part of Heart Strings’ production of Urinetown in both the Sydney and Canberra seasons.

Since his formative years in the Canberra theatre community, he has spent 20 years performing professionally overseas, including at Universal Studios Singapore, Tokyo Disneyland, and Paris Disneyland, and performing aboard numerous cruise ships with Carnival and Celebrity Cruise Lines.

Since Joe returned home to Australia in 2020, he toured nationally with Monkey Baa’s Pete the Sheep and appeared in Squabbalogic’s Good Omens in Wollongong.
