
Isaac Gordon
Isaac found his passion for performing at the Players Theatre in Port Macquarie at an early age. He moved on to studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. Isaac has worked in both performance and technical aspects of theatre, most recently as Director for Bring it On: The Musical (Philo 2024) which won the Ovation Award for outstanding musical 2024.
Isaac has also worked on shows including: The Mikado (Port Macquarie, 2007), Oliver! as “the Artful Dodger” (PMQ players 2008), Guys and Dolls (PMQ Players,2009), The Boy from Oz as “Greg” (PMQ Players, 2010), Jerry’s Girls (Bankstown Performing Arts, 2011), City of Angels as “Buddy” (AIM 2011), Sing on Through Tomorrow (Neil Gooding Productions 2011), and many more!
Since moving to Canberra, Isaac has been seen in shows including: Barnum (Philo 2018), The World Goes ‘Round (Canberra Rep, 2019) Assassins as “Leon Czolgosz” (Everyman, 2019), Mamma Mia! as “Sam Carmichael” (Free-Rain 2021), My Fair Lady as “Alfred Doolittle” (Free-Rain 2022). Isaac has won CAT awards for his performances on stage as Alfred Doolittle in 2022 and for his performance in The World Goes ‘Round in 2019.
Isaac also loves to teach musical theatre and acting, having taught at Lisa Clarke Dance Centre for 5 years
